Board
Message from the President
Spring 2022
Welcome,
Since 2012 I’ve had the pleasure of being president of the Friends of the Mansfield Library Board. We are happy to welcome new members to the Friends of the Mansfield Library, please reach out to us if you are interested in joining.
Board meetings are held every two months. I invite you all to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you have and I will bring them to the Board. We believe great friends make great libraries, and great libraries make strong communities.
Although we only had one book sale, 2021 was a successful year for the Friends. Despite the pandemic, we were able to donate over $8,000 to the library. These contributions help to fund the summer reading program, adult and children’s entertainment, and many more programs and materials that are beyond the scope of Town funding. Of course, those donations are only possible because of our loyal supporters. Thank you, thank you!
Looking forward to seeing you around town,
Anne Greineder
